PC, Mac, laptop, phone and console repairs + more
We provide all levels of repair services: part replacements, software clean-up / OS reinstallation, data migration, and board-level repair. Repair jobs are priced on a parts + labour basis, so we don't have a fixed fee. This way, when we're able to source parts from original devices, we can keep the cost to you much lower.
Just contact us via the form below, providing a description of the problem you're having. We can then provide a basic estimate of the repair price for free using the information provided. You cna then send your device to us for the repair to be carried out.
We will only charge for the repair service if we can resolve the problem. A diagnostics fee of £20 is payable for all jobs, which also covers return shipping for all devices. This fee is deducted from the final bill of a repair.
Repairs we can provide
These are common faults that we can repair or services we can provide, but this list is not exhaustive! If you have a different issue, we can still help. Just get in touch and we can provide a no-obligation quote online or you can send your device in for a comprehensive diagnosis
Screen Repair
Laptops, Phones
Smashed glass, flickering or other display issues can normally be fixed by repairing or replacing the display. In some instances, only a part of the display needs to be repaired instead of the whole assembly
Battery Replacements
Laptops, phones
Batteries lose capacity over time, so to boost runtime we can replace the battery with a new one.
Operating System Tune-up
Laptops, PC, Mac
Sometimes a computer that's been in use for many years accumulates bloatware that unecessarily slows down the system. We can advise on how to clean up bloated installations and provide data migration services
Liquid Damage
Laptops, PC, Mac
One of the most common ways a device will fail is by contact with liquid - sometimes just high-humidity environments can cause damage to the inside of devices! We can provide component-level analysis and repair or boards

Charging Port / HDMI Repair
Laptops, Phones, Consoles
Over time plugging and unplugging cables causes wear to important ports. These can be replaced to restore critical functionality

Frequently asked questions
We’re able to fix most types of mobile electronics and desktop computers. When you get in touch with us, let us know what device you have (including the manufacturer and model number if possible) so we can advise whether or not we will be able to provide a repair service
We operate a parts + labour pricing model, so the cost of each repair will be different. Repairs like battery or screen replacements, fixing broken hinges, or other similar jobs will take us an hour or less so will likely be less than £40 for labour. We don’t charge premiums on parts and will aim to use refurbished parts if possible to make sure you’re not overpaying.
We will always provide a diagnosis and quote before starting the work so you can decide whether or not you want to proceed with the repair. In cases where you decide not to proceed the cost of shipping and diagnosis is payable, otherwise the diagnosis is free.
We are not affiliated with any device manufacturers. Our objective is to repair as many devices as possible and provide the best customer experience. Some manufacturers operate ‘authorised’ repair programmes, however these generally require high licensing fees and can restrict what repairs are able to be carried out (instead obligating the repair provider to replace more than is necessary or send the whole device to the manufacturer). This means higher costs and no better repair than normal.
Remember, by law, anyone is ‘authorised’ to repair any device.
Sometimes during the process of a repair, another fault may present itself which wasn’t able to be diagnosed beforehand. For example, a faulty graphics controller may be preventing a device from booting, however when this is resolved a corrupted BIOS may then be discovered, which wasn’t able to be identified before fixing the first problem. In this case, we may have to get back in touch with you about this. In cases like this, we can offer either to complete only the initial repair and return the device, or proceed with the additional repair as well.
We always aim to fully check and diagnose a device before starting any work, but some issues can be hidden. It’s always helpful for you to provide as much information as possible about what the issue is, or what was happening prior to a device failure as this can help diagnosing hidden faults.
Once we receive a device we will complete diagnosis generally on the same day. Your device is then added to our repair queue, and an expected lead-time for completion will be provided. As long as we don’t need to order in any special parts, most repairs are completed within a week.
Depending on the type of problem, your data may either be completely fine or be corrupted/lost. We don’t reformat drives and won’t risk any data loss unless the repair requires it and we have checked with you to get permission to do so. We will aim to recover data if we can, but always make sure to back up your data regularly.
